Our Guarantee
Our guarantee is simple. If for any reason you are unhappy with the production quality of the materials used we will replace or fix it at our cost. This includes defects such as loose canvas, bubbles, scratches, fading or warping.
Order Cancellation
Your order may be cancelled and a full refund issued as long as your order has not gone into production or been shipped. If you must cancel or change your order please contact us ASAP by email or phone at 647-725-3433.
Order Returns
All artwork is made specifically as per your order and as such we do not accept returns. In the event that your order was damaged during shipping we will replace or repair the piece at our cost. Proof of damaged packaging must be provided upon our request.
Shipping
We ship via FedEx and only within Canada & United States. A tracking number will be provided by email to give you the ability to track your order throughout the shipping process. All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Average shipping/delivery time is between 2-5 days (once your finished order leaves our facility).
